Namita Maria Herzl researches women philosophers at the research project "Histories of Philosophy in a global Perspective“ at the University of Hildesheim. Along side her academic work, she is a menstrual artist, a practitioner of Tibetan buddhism and a passionate singer.

As a way of life, she combines her spiritual practice with her art and her philosophy to express and connect to the true nature, the essence of life.

In this conversation Namita shares her spiritual practice and how she creates her menstrual blood artwork. Why she believes working with her blood to be a powerful and transformative process as well as a practice for clear manifestation.

Namita shares a guided ritual for you to explore your own menstrual blood art practice.
