Refund Policy

UK & EU Returns

We really hope that you will love your MYMOON Power products. However, if you are not completely happy with any of the items you have ordered, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement. Products must be returned within 28 working days of delivery, unopened, unused and in their original condition.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email hello@mymoonpower.com quoting your order number, and confirm whether you would like to Return or Exchange your item, as well as your reasons for wanting to do so.

Once we have received the returned items, we will process your exchange or refund the amount to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

 

Returns from orders outside of the UK or the EU

Important notice for Deliveries outside of the UK and EU: Please note that as the customer, you are responsible for all taxes, duties and processing costs relating to returning your items to us.

If an item is damaged

We are always very disappointed if we hear of our customers receiving damaged items. On the rare occasion this does happen and you have received a faulty or broken item, please contact us as quickly as possible to notify us, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

Cancelling orders

We will always try to accommodate our customers, if you have changed your mind on an order and we are yet to ship then please email hello@mymoonpower.com and we will be able to cancel your order for you. If your order has already been shipped you can post back to us providing the items are unused and in their original condition.
