Lisa is a PMS & PMDD practitioner and menstruality coach. Who knows firsthand the debilitating effects of PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder).

For years, she struggled with severe symptoms that made her life almost unmanageable. Now Lisa stands as an inspiring guide for women dealing with similar challenges, showing that through menstruality awareness, PMDD can become a superpower.

Lisa shares the difference between PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) and PMDD. PMS affects many women with symptoms like mood swings, bloating, and fatigue, PMDD is a more severe condition that impacts about 3-8% of women. PMDD includes intense emotional and physical symptoms, such as severe depression, irritability, intrusive thoughts that can lead to suicidal ideation. 

Lisa teaches women how to manage challenging menstrual symptoms such as severe PMS and PMDD through cyclical living and cycle tracking. Showing women how to transform their symptoms and gain a much more positive, life-affirming experience of their menstrual mental health.

She is also the founder of The Red Rebel Collective, an organisation set up to provide a safe and empowering space for women and people AFAB struggling with PMS and PMDD. They offer education, support and community through free resources, events and online courses. The Red Rebel Collective takes a unique approach to menstrual health, looking beyond symptoms into a deeper story. They also have their own radio station, Red Rebel FM, supporting emerging women and gender minority DJs in the UK and beyond and raising awareness of PMDD.
